Professional info​

I am a recent graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Having completed my law degree, I am interested in qualifying and practicing in London. Aside from this I am also interested in working on projects that help empower young people realise their potential.

  • Real Estate: Prepared charges for sale agreements and transfer agreements, prepared client files on real estate investment trusts, drafted licence and lease agreements.

  • Corporate & Commercial: Advised clients on insurance policies for their sole

    proprietorship/partnership businesses in order to help limit their liability.

  • Finance & Banking: Performed a compliance check on an information memorandum for NIC Bank on issuing medium term bonds.

  • Litigation: prepared case files for on-going litigation cases, drafted replying affidavits for

    litigation case files.

  • Real Estate: Worked under the supervision of the Real Estate partner on various client files

    preparing and drafting lease agreements, sale agreements, Real Estate Investment Trusts

    Deeds and transfer agreements.

  • Corporate & Commercial: Prepared various documents on issues relating to tax, company

    restructuring, and private limited company registration.

  • Litigation: Assisted partners and associates prepared case files for on-going litigation cases, accompanied senior counsel to Supreme Court case on ‘Digital Migration’ to prepare a legal opinion for the case.

  • Intellectual Property: Researched on various regulations concerning conflicts in trademark

    registration, assisted in preparing presentations on patent and copyright registration.

  • Global Markets (Commodities): Gained knowledge on the trade and sales of various

    commodities working on trade ideas (mainly with oil and refined products derivatives focusing on swaps, futures and options), exposed to market risk research focusing on the ‘value-at risk’ of trading positions.

  • Compliance: Completed a legal research & due diligence report potential investments Deutsche Bank were considering, drafting and editing of legal contracts, compliance checks on documents for various contracts, drafting letters of comfort & letters of intent.

  • Foreign Exchange & Equity: Gained exposure to trade and sales of FX and equity learning about the application of financial derivatives to the trading of various FX and equity products.
